Welcome to Noodles in the Sandbox, where the chaos of parenting meets the thrill of discovery—and a dash of the unexpected. This project started as a way to capture the conversations I was having with my own kids, a kind of love note for them to look back on someday. We’ve covered everything from the big stuff—like why we chose a different path for their education—to the little, everyday moments that make parenting the wild ride it is.
At some point, I realized that other parents might be wrestling with the same questions or at least craving the kinds of deep (and sometimes ridiculous) chats that bring us closer to our kids. So, here we are, sharing it all—triumphs, failures, and those head-scratching “what just happened?” moments. It's a time capsule, a conversation starter, and, yes, occasionally just whatever random thoughts pop into our heads, tossed together like, well... noodles in the sandbox.
Dive in, listen, and maybe even laugh with us as we all try to make sense of this wild parenting journey. Because in the end, it’s all about connecting with our kids, embracing the absurdity, and finding joy in the mess.
